  • The study entitled "The Influence Of Compensation And Motivation Of Work On The Performance Of Employees Of Post Office Of Indonesia Branch Pangkalan Bun". The purpose of the study was to determine the provision of compensation and motivation on the performance of employees at the Post Office of Indonesia Branch Pangkalan Bun. The research method used in this research is descriptive research method with data collection technique through field study and literature. The results showed that the respondents' responses on the compensation given by the Post Office were considered good, since the overall average value of the statement was 3.60 at the interval of 3.40 to 4.19. Nevertheless there are still several factors that need to be considered Responder of motivation is 3.85 means the motivation of employees of the Post Office of Indonesia Branch Pangkalan Bun diniali high because the average overall statement is 3.85 are at intervals 3, 40-4, 19 However, there are still some factors that need attention. Response of respondents regarding the employee's performance is considered good, which has a value of 3.89 because it is at the interval from 3.40 to 4.19. However there are still some factors that need attention. The Influence of Compensation And Motivation To Employee Performance Of Post Office Of Indinesia Branch Of Pangkalan Bun, based on result of coefficient of multiple correlation (R) is equal to 0,750. This shows the strong relationship, post office performance is influenced by compensation and motivation of 56.3%, while the rest can be caused by the influence of other factors such as education and training. Hypothesis test results simultaneously or together shows F arithmetic of 20.612 with a significance level of 0.000 below 0.05, so it shows significant influence, thus it can be concluded that the compensation and motivation variables significantly affect employee performance.
