  • This study aims to find out how much success PT.PLN Prepaid Electricity Innovation to customer satisfaction in the region Pangkalan Bun Sample in this research is customer of Prepaid Electricity PT. PLN (Persero) Pangkalan Bun used in this research method is 50 Respondents . Sampling technique in this study using simple Random sampling. By using the Slovin formula it can be known The number of samples is 50. The method of analysis used by the author is Simple Linear Regression Analysis, t test and Analysis of coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that: 1) The implementation of electrical innovation Prepaid) PT. PLN (Persero) Pangkalan Bun when viewed from the respondents can Said good. Seen from PT.PLN (Persero) Pangkalan Bun that has been Providing the latest technological means used are already considered sophisticated, And technicians always use the PLN attribute in Electrical installation service Prepaid, but unavailability of supportive information services within Prepaid electricity installation 2) There is a significant relationship between innovation Electricity and customer satisfaction PT.PLN as for the form of positive relationship with High level of closeness (based on simple linear regression coefficient value).
