- The Act no.18 year 2003 regarding advocate constitutes one of national legislation product. The regulating and legalizing this act give strong position and become an instrument of pillars of law enforcement in Indonesia. According to the writer of this article this act of advocate give challenges and opportunities to graduations of shari’ah department in Indonesia who interested in lawyer profession. But, the problem in this sense, how shari’ah graduation answer those challenges and opportunities.
