- The tax covered by the government is still applied nowadays. And is not expired yet. But since the Minister of Finance issued the Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 564/KMK.03/2004 about the limit of non-taxable income since January 1st, 2005, the tax covered by the government is not substantially valid any more. This new regulation makes the payer happy because the amount of tax income will be decreased.
