- For 32 years, development in Indonesia is tend to the growth and has effected in many field such as economics, social and political environment, cultural aspect, etc. In this case, the rising of international loan, the rising of inflation trend, the addition in jobless growth, the economics crissis, the addition in coruption statistic, and the damage in environment because of the number in exploitation . The failures of those developments make a new conception in understanding the growth itself. This new approach is called The Reinventing of Development. For this new approach, the development is not again claimed as a political and historical moments but in the other word it is concerned as a managerial issue. The point of it is to maximize the assets, how to create a continuos development so that our country can compete in this globalization era.Key word: reinventing of development, globalization
