- Public budget (APBD) is one of the public policy instrument which posses by state to alocating, distributing, and stabilizing resources among peoples. Through fiscal policy, state is continuing to determined who is get what and how every year. It is very interesting to analyze public budget from gender budgeting analysis point of view. Based on this approache, this project want to analyze public budget in Bandar Lampung Municipality, specifically in education sector. We find that APBD is still discriminatif towards gender issues. There is not gender mainstreaming issues in policy education.Keywords: public budget, gender-budgeting analysis, education policy
