- The research was aimed to: (1) Using CLSA Approach for reduction poverty in coastal Subang Regency (2) Searching alternative livelihood to sustainability development that pro coastal and pro poor, (3) Giving input for Local Government in design better policy for the future. There were two analysis units in this research: 1) Macro level is poor-rural beach/coastal area, and 2) Micro level is poor coastal household. The primary data were collected by questionare, observation, depth interview and FGD, included social data and natural resources data. The scondary data were collected from some institution. The data was analyzed by CLSA. The research shows that 1) Characteristic of poverty in coastal Subang Regency was chronic (multidimension, long duration and vulnerable) 2) Eco-eduturism can be regarded as alternative livelihood for poverty reduction in the coastal area 3) The better policy for the development of Subang Regency that ensure pro environment and pro poor should integrated all sector for economic growth, social equity and environment sustainability.Keywords: CLSA, poverty reduction, and rural coastal
