- The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of the facility development tourism service at Ungasan Village of sub-district South Kuta of Badung Regency, Bali Province. This research uses quantiative-description method by structural interviewing as the primary data. The choice of the method is to ensure the validity and accuracy of data to investage and to understand the problem. The finding of this research is that development of the tourism service facility at Ungasan Village is very paradoxical. On one side brings the prosperity of the society, but on the other side results the margialization of the society toward their ownership of the land right. The impact of the policy at this village is difficult prevent to the rise of new local powers, and the society do not have power defends the ownership of their land right. Key words : Business, power relation, Tourism, and Marginalization
