- Public services are often the most convenient measure to understand the extent to which the performance of the government in carrying out its role and function. As a public servant, the government is responsible for providing the best service to the public because basically, people are citizens who have their rights met with no exception. Starting from the fact still bad all the public services that occurred in this country then this paper intends to contribute thoughts on public service reform in an effort to implement the ideal of public service.
