- The purpose of this research is to analyze the internal and external aspects of the environment that becomes the strength, the weakness, the opportunity, and the threat for Kawasan Sentra Industri Keripik Kota Bandar Lampung and make a strategies to develop it. This research applies the quantitative approach with descriptive type of research and using SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis and AHP (The Analitic Hierarchy Process) as tools of research. Based on SWOT analysis to the internal and external factors of the Kawasan Sentral Industri Keripik Kota Bandar Lampung, recommended alternative strategy for the developing area which are WO Strategy (Weakness-Opportunity), as a strategy to minimize weakness and to make opportunity useful.
