- The focus of this study is the evaluation of corporate social responsibility program in PTPN VII (Persero) Lampung called PTPN 7 Peduli on the objectives of the programs and some good and bad factors in implementing the programs. This research is qualitative descriptive interpretive. The researcher suggests that the corporation should make the document regarding the evaluation and monitoring system, put employees from TJSL in the head office to the unit, socialize the program to the society and the corporation should be aware of the society if they don’t take care of the facilities given. Key words : evaluation, corporate social responsibility (CSR), effectivity
