- ABSTRACT This research is to find out how the Effectiveness of the Kamanga Village Community Joint Business Group Program? The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the Effectiveness of the Joint Business Group Program (KUBE) for the Kamanga Village Community. This research was classified into field research (Field Research), where the primary data was obtained from interviews and observations. Secondary data obtained from documentation data. The informants in this study were Village Governments and KUBE members, totaling 6 people. The results of this study were that the KUBE program had 5 indicators, 3 were running effectively and 2 were not fully running effectively. This can be seen on effective indicators such as understanding of the program, right on target and this Real Change as a whole runs effectively and ineffective indicators such as timeliness and program objectives are still not effective in KUBE Program activities. Keywords; Effectiveness, Prorgrams, Joint Business Group. Abstrak Penelitian ini untuk mencari bagaimana Efektivitas Program Kelompok Usaha Bersama Masyarakat Desa Kamanga?. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Efektivitas Program Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) Masyarakat Desa Kamanga, Penelitian ini digolongkan ke dalam penelitian lapangan (Field Research), dimana data primer diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan Observasi. Data sekunder diperoleh dari data dokumentasi. informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Para Pemerintah Desa dan anggota KUBE yang berjumlah 6 orang, Hasil penelitian ini adalah program KUBE dari 5 indikator, 3 berjalan Efektif dan 2 belum sepenuhnya berjalan efektiv hal ini bisa di liat Pada indikator yang efektif seperti Pemahaman program, tepat sasaran dan Perubahan Nyata ini secara keseluruhannya berjalan Efektif dan indikator yang tidak efektif seperti Tepat waktu dan tujuan program masih belum efektif dalam kegiatan Program KUBE.
