- Leadership is the process of influencing a group of people to achieve certain goals. The Village head is aperson who leads the implementation of village governance has one of the tasks, namely development inthe village. Village development will not be carried out effectively and efficiently if there is no importantrole of a village head. This research was conducted on the basis of seeing and knowing whether theleadership of a village head has an influence on the implementation of development in the village. Theresearch that has been conducted is by collecting data through questionnaires, interviews, anddocumentation. The method used is a quantitative research method with a simple linear regressionanalysis formula to see whether the independent variable affects the dependent variable. From the datacollection and data processing that has been done, it is found that the leadership of the village head has asignificant influence on the implementation of development in Tumokang Baru Village, Dumoga UtaraDistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency.Keywords : Leadership, Development Implementation
