In this study there are various problems that arise, namely parenting from both parties from theschool as well as the family or parents must go hand in hand so that it can make children more comfortablein carrying out tasks, then good communication to children will make children feel noticed so there isopenness between children and parents, and then from the other 4 aspects must complement each other inorder to achieve a good cooperation between the parents and the school in the child development. Keywords: Participation, Organization, Education
