- Having a very large population makes Indonesia has a lot of complex problems that occur insociety, one of which is the problem of poverty. Various ways have been taken by the government toovercome the problem of poverty. One way that the government does to overcome the problem of poverty isto provide assistance to the poor or poor people called Social Assistance. And one of them is the FamilyHope Program.. The Hope Family Program is a program that provides cash assistance to very poorhouseholds by fulfilling the requirements required in an effort to improve the quality of human resources,namely education, health and social welfare. The purpose of this study is to find out how theImplementation of the Hope Family Program in Paret Village, Kotabunan Subdistrict, BolaangMongondow Regency, East. The method used in this study is descriptive method with a qualitativeapproach. Informants in the study are people who can provide information about the situation andbackground conditions of the study. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observation,literature and documentation. The theory used is the model of conformity according to David C. Korten inHaeder Akib and Antonius Tarigan (2000: 19). The results showed that the implementation of familyplanning programs in Paret Village had not been implemented well because the programs issued were stillnot on target, the assistance that was carried out was still not maximal in assisting and the BeneficiaryGroups had not used the assistan cewell.Keywords: Implementation, Program, Family of Hope
