- village is one of the village that has implemented a village fund program, this village fund is prioritized to finance development and community empowerment but in its realization it can still be said that it has not been implemented well and can be seen from the process of realization of ineffective village fund program. The purpose of this study was to detetermine the effectiveness of the utilization of village funds in the Tote village of West Bolangitang sub-district, North Bolaang Mongondow.The method used in this study is a qualitative method where data is presented in descriptive form for later analysis, data collection is done by direct interviews with research informants who have been determined by qualitative methods, to see how effective the use of village funds in the Tote village of the West Bolangitang sub district, North Bolaang Mongondow district, the researchers used three indicators, namely : achievement of goals, integration and adaptation.Based on the research results seen from the indicators used, the utilization of village funds in the Tote village of West Bolangitang subdistrict, North Bolaang Mongondow district is said to be still ineffective because there are stillsocial jealousy arising in the community and the community regarding the use of village funds.Keywords : Utilization, village funds.
