- This research was conducted to find out how the potential development of Kampung Lenganeng, North Tabukan Subdistrict, Sangihe Islands Regency. In developing potential. The Sangihe Islands District is an area rich in natural resource potential, especially in the village of Lenganeng which has many potentials, namely in agriculture, industry (sword making / knives) and agro tourism. The problem in Kampung Lenganeng is how to develop the potential of the village in the village of Tanganeng. This study aims to determine how the existing potential of Desa Tanganeng develops. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, to then be analyzed, data collection is done by direct interviews with research informants who have been determined by qualitative methods, to see how the development of the potential of Lenganeng Village in the North Tabukan Subdistrict, Sangihe Islands Regency. The researcher used five indicators, namely: Planning a potential development planning program, designing a potential development program budget, making potential to develop according to what was planned, evaluating the results of the development of the Village potential program and revising the planned program.Keywords: Development of Potential Agricultural Village, Blacksmith Industry
