- Management of village owned interprises must be in accordance with community needs to improve the economic of the local village. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of bumdes in the village of soamaetek west kao district north halmahera regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and data collection with documents to see how the management of bumdes in soamaetek village west kao district north halmahera regency. The researcher used four indicators, namely: planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. Based on the results of this study stated that management of bumdes in soamaetek village west kao district north halmahera regency was effective and efficient, because program planning was not in accordance with community needs, organizing in the implementation of program that were not good, actuating, and controlling was not optimal. Thus It can be concluded that the achievement of the management objektives of the bumdes in soamaetek village west kao district north halmahera regency it was not effetive and efficient.Keywords: Management, Of Village, Business Entities
