- Based on observations, researchers looked at the development of houses through community social interaction in the construction of people’s houses in Tombatu Satu Village Tombatu Subdistrict, Souteast Minahasa Regency, Increase of developed due to the existence of social gathering houses that began in the 1970s untill now, which have greatly helped in building house, The Development of house building has been recognized by the local government because it makes the construction of modern house today. The purpose of this study was to find out how the social interaction of the community or members of the social gathering, the management of social gathering and even the government in the village of Tombatu Satu, Subdistrict of Tombatu, Southest Minahasa Regency, in the building of house gathering. Viewed from several research focuses, about cooperation, accommodation, assimilation dan competition that happen in social gathering of house building. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, The research informant were 9 (nine) 1 people from the village government of Tombatu Satu, 3 People from the management of the house building social gathering, and 5 People from the members of the house building social gathering, Data has been collect by using interview techniques, observation, documentation. Overall conclusion of the community’s perception of house building socialization is good because it helps the community to build house especially for people who cannot afford to build hoses. Then suggestion for the government is that the building of houses should be more monitored and managed by social gathering management so that can develop and maybe, become an example of cooperation by other village, groups, and other regions. Mutual tolerance can be one of the Leader contributors in any disputes that occurs in the gathering social house so that cooperation occurs can be better and more profitable for the communityKeywords: Social Interaction, Community, Development, Poeople’s Home.
