- Abstract: This study aims to find out how the Village Financial Management is in Saolat Village, South Wasile District, East Halmahera Regency. The benefits of this research are as input for the Saolat Village Government, South Wasile District East Halmahera regency in financial management. This study uses the theory of Financial from James A. F. Stoner with indicators of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. This qualitative study with 5 informants consisting of Village Heads, Secretaries, General Finance Chief and Saolat Village Finance Chief for their management was effective but in planning and supervision there was still a lack of this seen from the lack of transparency from the village government to use descriptive methods the results of this study indicate that financial management in the community is related to financial management in the village.Based on a number of things that need to be suggested to the village government, there must be more transparency to improve financial management in the village and also to improve it more in terms of financial management so that it can produce effective and efficient performance.Key Words : Village, Financial, Management.
