- Abstract: Regional Employment Agency efforts in the implementation of Peraturan Pemerintah Number 53 of 2010 About Civil Servants Discipline (Study on the Regional Employment Agency of Kediri city)This study aims to analyze the efforts of Regional Employment Agency Kediri in the implementation of PP 53/2010 About Discipline Civil Servants, as well as the supporting factors and inhibiting factors that influence the effort. This study used qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The model of data analysis used is the model Interaktif of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that Regional Employment Agency Kediri efforts in the implementation of PP 53/2010 is preceded by hold the socialization to the entire work unit area of Kediri, improving employee discipline through increased frequency of attendance, improved regulatory compliance, timely completion of tasks, as well as carrying out the process of the imposition of disciplinary sanctions in accordance with the mechanism contained in the regulation. However, there are severalsupporting factors and inhibiting factors that affect these efforts, the average comes from the entire work unit area of Kediri. Suggestions can be given related of research results such as held socialization regularly, provide training for staff, provide guidance to the leaders in imposing sanctions disciplinary, conducting surveillance on an ongoing basis with how to conduct a surprise inspection. Keywords : The efforts of policy implementation, PP 53/2010 About Discipline Civil Servants, Regional Employment Agency Abstrak: Upaya Badan Kepegawaian Daerah dalam Implementasi Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 Tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil (Studi pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Kediri)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya BKD kota Kediri dalam implementasi PP No. 53 Tahun 2010 Tentang Disiplin PNS serta faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat yang mempengaruhi upaya tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis Interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya BKD kota Kediri dalam implementasi PP No. 53 Tahun 2010 diawali dengan mengadakan sosialisasi kepada seluruh SKPD kota Kediri, meningkatkan disiplin pegawai melalui peningkatan frekuensi kehadiran, peningkatan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan, penyelesaian tugas tepat waktu, serta melaksanakan proses penjatuhan hukuman disiplin sesuai dengan mekanisme dalam peraturan tersebut. Namun, ada beberapa faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang mempengaruhi, rata-rata berasal dari SKPD kota Kediri. Saran yang dapat diberikan terkait hasil penelitian adalah mengadakan sosialisasi secara teratur, memberikan pelatihan untuk staf, memberikan bimbingan kepada para pemimpin dalam menjatuhkan sanksi disiplin, melakukan pengawasan secara terus-menerus dengan cara melakukan inspeksi mendadak.
