  • ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinasi sikap guru terhadap profesinya, iklim organisasi sekolah, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru secara terpisah maupun simultan. Populasi sebanyak 128 orang guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Kuta Selatan dan sampelnya sebanyak 97 orang yang diambil dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi dan korelasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sikap guru terhadap profesinya, iklim organisasi sekolah, dan lingkungan kerja merupakan determinan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Kuta Selatan secara terpisah maupun simultan. Kata kunci: sikap guru terhadap profesinya, iklim organisasi sekolah, lingkungan kerja, kinerja guru AN ANALYSIS OF THE DETERMINATION OF TEACHER’S ATTITUDE TOWARD HIS OR HER PROFESSION, SCHOOL ORGANIZATION CLIMATE AND WORK ENVIRONMENT TOWARD TEACHER’S PERFORMANCE AT JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS IN SOUTH KUTA DISTRICT, BADUNG REGENCY ABSTRACT This study aimed at finding out the determination of teacher’s attitude toward his or her profession, school organization climate and work environment toward teacher’s performance either desprerately or simultaneously. The population were 128 teachers of public junior high schools in South Kuta district and 97 people were used as the sample with sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. This research was arranged in ex-post facto. The data was collected by using Likerts scale model and was analyze by using the correlation and regression analysis. Based on the findings it can be concluded that teacher’s attitude toward his or her profession, school organization climate, and work environment are significant determinants of teacher’s peribranance at public junior high schools in South Kuta district both separately and simultaneously.
