  • Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah, supervisi pengawas, kompetensi professional guru terhadap kinerja guru dan kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah, supervisi pengawas, dan kompetensi professional guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Besar sampel adalah 139 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan regresi korelasi dan analisis determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah, signifikan supervisi pengawas sekolah, kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru dan terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan secara bersama-sama kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah, supervisi pengawas sekolah, dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru.Kata Kunci : kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah, supervisi pengawas, kompetensi profesional guru , kinerja guru. This study was aimed at finding out the multitude of the contribution of principal’s situational leadership, supervisor’s supervision, teacher’s professional competence toward teacher’s performance and principal’s situational leadership, supervisor’s supervision, and teacher’s professional competence simultaneously toward teacher’s performance at elementary schools in Susut district, Bangli. The sample size is 139. This study used ex-post facto design.This study used ex-post facto design. The data were collected with questionnaire. The data were analyzed with regression, correlation and analysis of determination. The results showed that (1) there was a significant contribution of principal’s situational leadership, school supervisor’s supervision, professional competence toward professional competence and there was a significant contribution simultaneously of principal’s situational leadership, school supervisor’s supervision, and professional competence toward teacher’s performance. keyword : Principal’s situational leadership, supervisor’s supervision, teacher’s professional competence, teacher’s performance.
