- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi: supervisi pengawas sekolah, fungsi kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi guru, dan secara bersama-sama supervisi pengawas sekolah, fungsi kepala sekolah, dan motivasi berprestasi guru terhadap kualitas pembelajaran. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 164 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan regresi korelasi dan analisis determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; supervisi pengawas sekolah, fungsi kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi guru berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap kualitas pembelajaran guru, dan secara bersama-sama supervisi pengawas sekolah, fungsi kepala sekolah, dan motivasi berprestasi guru berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap kualitas pembelajaran guru.Kata Kunci : Supervisi Pengawas Sekolah, Fungsi Kepala Sekolah dan Motivasi Berprestasi Guru, Kualitas Pembelajaran Guru This study was aimed at finding out the magnitude of contribution of, school supervisor’s supervision, principal’s function, teacher’s achievement motivation toward teacher’s instruction quality, and simultaneously, school supervisor’s supervision, principal’s function and teacher’s achievement motivation toward teacher’s instruction quality. The sample of the in this study consisted of all of the 164 teachers. This study was ex-post facto design. The data were collected by questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using regression, correlation and analysis of determination. The results showed that; school supervisor’s supervision principal’s function had, teacher’s achievement motivation had a significant contribution toward teacher’s, and simultaneously, school supervisor’s supervision, principal’s function and teacher’s achievement motivation had a significant contribution toward teacher’s.keyword : School Supervisor’s Supervision, Principal’s Function and Teacher’s Achievement Motivation, Teacher’s Instruction Quality
