- The management of working to capital an is important factor to improve the profitability of the company. There more effective management of working is capital, to the increased profitability generated by the company. This justudy knowing to the effectivenesss of working in capital in PT. Sang Hyang Seri (Persero) Regionaly Office III Malang. This type of research is to descriptive. The focus in of this research is the management uot working capital, consisting of : the source and use of working capital, the effectiveness of working capital management, and analysiskof net working capital turnover and profitability of PT. Sang Hyang Seri (Persero) Regional Office III Malang. This study uses quantitative data analysis is the calculation of ratios and preparing financial statement projections next year. Based on the results of this research is that the condition of the profitability of the company has increased during the years 2013-2015 andiithe activityr ratio has ffluctuated eachy yearddue to thec company's receivables turnover rate is not stable. Keywords: Ratio, Financial Statement, and Inventory Of Turnover ABSTRAK Pengelolaan modal kerja perusahaan merupakan faktor penting untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas perusahaan. Semakin efektif pengelolaan modal kerja maka semakin meningkat profitabilitas yang dihasilkan oleh peperusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui keefektifan modal kerja PT. Sang Hyang Seri (Persero) Kantor Regional IIII di Malang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah pengelolaan modal kerja yang terdiri dari: sumber dan & penggunaan modal kerja, kefektivitas pengelolaan modal kerja, dan ananalisis perputaran modal kerja bersih, serta profitabilitas PT. Sang HyangsSeri (Persero) Kantor Regional IIII Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif yaitu perhitungan rasio dan menyusun proyeksi laporan keuangan ditahun berikutnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa kondisi profitabilitas perusahan mengalami kenaikan selama tahun 2013-2015 dan rasio aaktivitas tiap tahun mengalami fluktuasi dikarenakan tingakt perputaran piutang perusahaan tidak Istabil.
