- One of accidental caused factors on human is stress and fatique. Stress is excessive will be bad result toward individual for related to as normally. Work shift could influencing kind of changed of physical and phychological human body, that is fatique. That resulted nurse achievement or performance can to be bad and influencing on organization in work place as indirectly. The research aims is to analyzing relation between nurse work shift with nurse work stress in Instalasi Rawat Darurat Medik (IRDM) room BLU RSU Prof. dr.dr. R.D. Kandou Manado. The research type is using analytic observasional with cross sectional study design approach. Location of the reaserch conducted in IRBM BLU RSU Prof. dr.dr. R.D. Kandou Manado. The result of the research showing that there is significantly relationship between nurse work shift with work stress on nurse in IRDM room BLURSUP ProfDr. dr.R.D. Kandou Manado with the power of relationship r = 0,514, on confidence interval 95% (α = 0,05) p value = 0,001<0,05. Based on the result of this research conclusion that there is significantly relationship between work shift with nurse work stress nurse in IRDM room BLURSUP ProfDr. dr.R.D. Kandou Manado. Based on conclusion needed suggested that policy decision making in IRDM room BLURSUP ProfDr. dr.R.D. Kandou Manado in order shift work schedule could managing or arranging with psy attention toward work stress on nurse effect.
