PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF BERBASIS PENDEKATAN PAKEMATIK PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPA KELAS V SD 3 KADIPIRO KASIHAN BANTUL TAHUN AJARAN 2014/2015

  • ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan multimedia interaktif berbasis pendekatan PAKEMATIK pada mata pelajaran IPA melalui tahap pengembangan produk, pengujian kualitas produk, dan pengujian keefektifan produk. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD 3 Kadipiro Kasihan Bantul tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu tes, observasi, dan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif. Hasil rekapitulasi penilaian kualitas produk dari ahli media, ahli materi, uji coba terbatas, dan uji coba skala luas menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori “sangat baik” dengan rerata skor keseluruhan 4,35 sehingga layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase aktivitas siswa kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol yaitu sebesar 78,21% dan termasuk dalam kategori “sangat tinggi”. Persentase rata-rata nilai sikap kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari pada kelas kontrol yaitu 85,71% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Persentase rata-rata nilai keterampilan kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari pada kelas kontrol yaitu 81,55% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Rata-rata nilai kelas eksperimen adalah 90,00 sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 81,88. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t terhadap data nilai post-test dengan teknik Independent Sample T-test, diperoleh thitung > ttabel yaitu 2,376 > 2,048 dan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh 0,025 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan rata-rata nilai post-test IPA antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata post-test kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari pada nilai rata-rata post-test kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran IPA menggunakan multimedia interaktif ini terbukti lebih efektif ditinjau dari aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci: Multimedia Interaktif, Pendekatan PAKEMATIK, IPAABSTRACTThis research was intended to develop interactive multimedia based on PAKEMATIK approach of nature science subject for the fifth grade students of Kadipiro 3 Elementary School through the stages of product development, product quality testing, and testing the effectiveness of the product. The samples in this research were fifth grade students. The type of the research was research and development. Data collection techniques in this research were test, observation, and questionnaire. Analysis of the data was descriptive statistics. The recapitulation of quality assessment product from media expert, material specialist, limited testing, and wide-scale testing showed that interactive multimedia product was developed included in very good category with an average score of 4.35, so that usable in the nature science learning. The results showed that the percentage of student activity on experimental class higher than the control class (78.21%) which was very high category. The average percentage score of attitude on the experimental class was higher than the control class (85.71%) which very good category. The average percentage score skill on experimental class was higher than the control class (81.55%) which very good category. The average score of experiment class was 90.00, while control class was 81.88. Based on T-test results to the data of post-test by using Independent Sample T-test technique, obtained tcount>ttable (2.376>2.048) and significant score which obtained 0.025<0.05 it means that there were differences in average score of post-test nature science subject between experiment class and control class. It showed that average score of post-test on the experimental class was higher than control class. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the used of interactive multimedia in nature science learning is proven to be more effective in student activity and learning outcomes.Keywords: Interactive Multimedia, PAKEMATIK Approach, Nature Science Subject
