- This study aimed to examine the reason factors dropped out of school on senior high school level with pressure points : income patriarch, the number of children in the family, the social environment, level of education patriarch, and interest of the child to school on senior high school in the Gedong Menenf village Rajabasa district city of Bandar Lampung. The research method used is descriptive method. The research sample as many as 19 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaire and interview techniques. The oyher data collection used are documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques with tabulated and percentages as the basis of the description in a research report. These results showed that : (1) as many as 79% children out of school on senior high school level because patriarch have a low income (≤855.000). (2) as many as 84,2% children out of school on senior high school level because respondents patriarch have many children in the family/big family (>2children). (3) as many as 73,6% children out of school on senior high school level live in the social environment lack of support. (4) as many as 63,2% children out of school on senior high school level patriarch have a education last primary school / junior high school. (5) as many as 68,4% children out of school on high school level have a low interest to school and choose to work for helping parents. Keywords: Factors, cause, dropouts
