  • Senior High School students commonly have difficulty in listening to a descriptive text. It’s due to the learners feel most threatened, panic, and they worry about accuracy in listening. In listening activity the teachers usually ask the students to only listen to the audio rather than make note taking while listening. Whereas, note taking is very useful to do while listening because they will catch the idea of what the speaker says. In addition, note taking will make the students easier in listening descriptive text so that it can be improve their motivation.
