  • Background: Leprosy is a chronic infectious disease. There are two types of leprosy are type PB ( Pauci Baciller) and MB (Multy Baciller). Treatment of leprosy patients take a long time, especially leprosy type MB ( Multy Baciller) is 12 months with a grace period of 18 months. Compliance in the treatment of patients is needed, because the compliance of patients will take medication regularly, so the germ of leprosy will die and be reduced to the signs of leprosy disappeared. Purpose of the research: This study aimed to determine the relationship between the level of compliance with the treatment of leprosy patients laboratory results after completion of treatment of Mycobacterium leprae. Research methods: The study was correlation study with cross sectional analysis Corelations Kendalls Tau. The research location is in the center Kunduran, Banjarejo, Doplang, Kedungtuban Blora regency, with the consideration of this health center is a center with the highest number of leprosy patients in Blora district. The research subject is type MB ( Multy Baciller) leprosypatients who had completed treatment, a total of 40 respondents. Results of the research: From the analysis found a significant correlationbetween medication compliance with the laboratory results of Mycobacterium leprae. These results obtained from processing data 40 respondents, which consisted of 28 respondents who comply with the results of laboratory medicine and the second negative 26 positive, while 12 respondents did not comply with the laboratory results of treatmentwith 10 positive and 2 negative. Based on the results obtained by statistical analysis of correlation r of 0.762 with the provisions of r >0.75 verystrong correlation and significance pvalue = 0.01 < ptabel 0,05, so Ho refused and Ha accepted. Conclusion: There is a strong and significant relationship between type of MB leprosy patient compliance after treatment with Multi Drug TheraphyLaboratory test results of Mycobacterium leprae with r value of corerelation 0.762 with p value = 0.01significance
