- This research which was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 01 Pringsewu was known that the student learning outcomes in subjects classified as low. The purpose of this study was to obtain data and determine the effect of school climate and a positive influence on the students' attitudes towards the economic learning result. This study population was class XI IPS two classes total number of 51 students. Sampling technique was simple random sampling T. Yamane formula and which were obtained samples of 45 students. The method verificative descriptive use of ex post facto and surveys. The research showed that, there is an influence of school climates and students' attitudes toward the learning result of economy. It obtained 25.289 F count> F table 3.23 as indicated by multiple linear regression of determination (r2) 0, 546 which means that the learning outcomes are influenced by the climate of the school and students' attitudes. Penelitian yang dilakukan di SMA Muhammadiya 01 Pringsewu diketahui hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran tergolong rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh data dan mengetahui pengaruh positif, pengaruh iklim sekolah dan sikap siswa pada pelajaran terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Populasi penelitian ini kelas XI IPS dengan jumlah seluruh 51 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling meggunakan rumus T. Yamane didapat sampel 45 siswa. Metode yang digunakan deskriftif verifikatif menggunakan ex post facto dan survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, ada pengaruh iklim sekolah dan sikap siswa pada pelajaran terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh F hitung 25,289 > F tabel 3,23 yang ditunjukkan dengan regresi linier multiple koefisien determinasi (r2) 0, 546 yang berarti hasil belajar dipengaruhi oleh iklim sekolah dan sikap siswa.Kata kunci: hasil belajar,iklim sekolah, sikap siswa pada mata pelajaran
