PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN EVALUASI AFEKSI PADA MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN KEWARGANEGARAAN DI SEKOLAH DASAR

  •   Abstract The goal of this research is to produce the valid and reliable evaluation affective instrument on PKn subjects in elementary schools. The subjects in this research are the whole of Selong Elementary School students class IV in East Lombok District. The instrument developed is the personality inventory using a Likert scale model with the instrument format the attitude scale. Data was analyzed by SPSS pragram Statistics 18 PASW by factor analysis. While the reliability of the instrument was analyzed by alpha Cronbach formula. The results showed that the eight construct/affective aspect which is assumed have been measured. The first test was 30 items, 25 items are valid. The cumulative loading factor of 58,426% and the instrument reliability value of 0,859. The second test results with 30 items is the reparation of the first test instrument, it was obtained 30 items are valid. The cumulative loading factor of 59,291% and the instrument reliability value of 0,919. The construct validity with a cumulative variance of 58,426% in the first test and 59,291% in the second test is a measurement that would be acceptable. Based on the data analysis results, it can be concluded that the 30 items instrument was valid and indicated mediocre construct validity in evaluating the affective aspect of students on the subjects of PKn for the class IV of elementary school because the eight construct/affective aspect which is assumed have been measured, and has indicated a high reliable level of instrument reliability.
