  • This study was conducted at the Family Takaful Insurance Branch Jambi. There were several factors that are considered affecting, in examples: psychological factors, social environmental factors, insurance marketing efforts factors, and religious factors. This research used slovin formula for sample size, whereas for data analysis method used a likert scale, to test the validity and reliability in this study used method one shot. The results showed that simultaneous psychological factors (X1), social environmental factors (X2), the factor of insurance marketing efforts (X3), and the religious factor (X4), the respondent has a significant and positive effect on the interests of society as a customer at the sharia insurance PT. Family Takaful Insurance Branch Jambi (Y). Partially no significant influence of psychological factors (X1) and environmental factors (X2) to the public interest as a customer of Takaful Family Branch Jambi (Y). The factor of insurance marketing efforts (X3) partially no significant effect on the interests of society as a customer Takaful Family Branch Jambi (Y), while the biggest factor that had the Family Branch Jambi (Y) was the religious factor (X4).
