- This explains the writing of customer data processing in PT Jiwasraya branchesPandeglang especially in serving the customer premium payments and claims.Insurance plays a role in its operation must be able to compete freely and obtainbenefits by fulfilling and performing all the requirements stipulated in Law No. 2 of1992 on insurance business.In the current system is still much use of the forms so much going double customerdata, and processing of customer data or members still use Microsoft word and excel,thus slowing manage functions in decision making.Given the weakness of the system that is running is because the process is donemanually, the authors propose to use the program more structured special applicationsdesigned for the consumer database and present problems in the form of anapplication using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language.
