  • Abstract; This research to aims the influence of physical environmental factors, especially temperature, humidity, wind-speed, elevation/altitude site, pH, turbidity, and the salinity of water, to the density of larvae Anopheles sp. on the endemics areas in North Sulawesi Provency. Desain studies using cross-sectional approach and samples were taken by purposive-sample to Anopheles larvae breeding places residing in malaria endemic areas, in the Borgo-Belang to represent regional coastal marshes, Ranoketang representing hills and mountains area, and Taratara-Tomohon to represent the rice fields and highlands. Analyzed with t-test, correlation and regression-test.Result this studies are there are effect of these factors to larval density; with catagories moderate. Expectedly to be a reference to the information, and mapping and vector species Anopheles in North Sulawesi so that it can be action in greater depth in the control of malaria. And to the “Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi/ Kabupaten” (Provincial or district Health Offices) at North Sulawesi; specially the Malaria Control Programme Implementing; as the base information can become the foundation of the implementation of vector control interventions alternative on the control of Anopheles larvae, other than curative measures.
