- Abstract; Dengue Haemoragic Fever is endemic disease in North Sulawesi province, from 2006 up to 2007 the cases had increased from 1,309 cases with 19 deaths of patients to 1,889 cases with 24 deaths; however, in 2008 it had decreased to 1,198 cases with 13 deaths (CFR, 1.1%) in 2012 increased to 1. 272 cases (Health Department of North Sulawesi Province, 2012). The purpose of research is to determine the relationship of information receipt and education level of the housewife’s knowledge in preventing dengue disease in Kolongan Tetempangan Village. This research is analytic observational research with Cross Sectional Study design, the data collection is done by observation and direct interviews using questionnaires. The sample of this study is 93 housewives and the research variable is information receipt and education level of the housewife’s knowledge about dengue. The research results as bivariat using Chi-square test with result that there is a significant association between the information receipt about dengue disease with the level of housewife’s knowledge in preventing dengue disease, with value of p = 0.021 (α
