- Abstract: Adolescence is a period of transition from child to adult world. Teenage pregnancy may experience five people per year, and can die from abortion attempts 1-2 people. Riskesdas in 2010, showed 29% of adolescents aged 10-24 years in North Sulawesi received reproductive health education. Government's efforts to form a 18 PIK-R base school. The purpose of this study to explain the activity management system PIK-school Youth in the city of Manado. Type of research is descriptive qualitative purposive sampling method selection and quota sampling, data collection through in-depth interviews (in-depth interview) and the observation that the main informant 6 BK High School teacher, principal informant triangulation 6, 6 students PS/KS, Head of KB-KR, as well as data analysis using processing method content description (content analysis). From the results of this study concluded that the number of high school GBK different, mostly supporting facilities and the number and types of less unfriendly teens, unplanned disbursement and not according to the needs, socialization is not sustainable implementation guide, do not fit the needs of refresher training and supervision are not BKKBN routine, which led to curative services PIK-R by GBK not hit the target.
