- Abstract : The School Health Program (UKS) is an activity that involves trying preventive, promotive, curative and rehabilitation. In the city of Manado decline coverage UKs program execution for two consecutive years (2009-2010). Generally, this study aims to describe the implementation of programs in health centers UKS working area Manado City Health Department. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive exploratory presented. Key informants were 3 nurses and 1 dental nurse. Informants triangulation is 4 Head Health Center, 4 UKS Teachers SD, and Kasie Kesga DKK Manado. Data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and studies using the check list dokementation. The results showed that the implementation of the program at the clinic UKS there is still no schedule in the implementation. Communication has not been delivered to the school, clearly, there are no guidelines in implementing the program using UKS. Resources in the form of personnel, funds, and facilities are still not sufficient for UKS program. SOP implementation UKS no writing. It is recommended to evaluate the resource DKK Manado in UKS and create SOP program that does not exist. For health centers to carry out monitoring and evaluation guidelines, SOP, and program schedule UKS, proposing the need UKs Kit, giving a token of appreciation for program that works well UKS, inform program schedule UKS to the school before the program is implemented.
