- Abstract This research is an experimental research by Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) design, pretest-posttest kontrol goup design. The number of samples are 42 person consist of treatment goup and kontrol goup each 21 person. Total cholesterol examination and fasting blood glucose are using enzymatic method. Result of statistical analysis t-test for differences in the everage distinction of total cholesterol in treatmen goup and kontrol goup, before and after study shows the value of p< 0,05 (p=0,000), it means there is a very significant. Statistical analysis t-test for differences in the everage distinction of fasting blood glucose levels before and after the study for the treatment goup and kontrol goup showed p values < 0,05 (p= 0.027), this means that there are significant. This research can be concluded that supplementation of Ω 3 fatty acids in combination vitamin E has a positive effect orcan reduce the total cholesterol and fasting blood glucose level of Type-2 DM.
