  • This study aims to determine how the influence of accounting information systems, internal control, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. BPR Regional Bank Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously. The researcher uses quantitative method to analyze the data. This study uses primary data which obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The number of samples in this study were 42 respondents which acquired by using purposive sampling technique. The researcher uses multiple linear regression test, t test, F test techniques, and coefficient of determination test which was carried out with the help of the SPSS version 21.0 computer program for Windows.The results of this study shows that partially the accounting information system variable (X1) had no significant effect on employee performance, while the internal control variable (X2) and work motivation variable (X3) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, accounting information system variables, internal control, and work motivation have a significant impact on employee performance at PT. BPR Regional Bank Karanganyar.
