  • In the face of competition in the global era, companies are charged to work more efficiently and effectively, increasing competition causes companies to be charged to be able to increase competitiveness in order to maintain company’s survival. This study have to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment and compensation the performance of employees in PT. kusumahadi santosa jaten, karanganyar, both partially and simultaneously.The research is a quantitative research. Secondary data obtained from library research and primary data obtained from questionnaires and interviews. The population of this research is 68 employees taken 10 % of the total number of 686 employees in PT. Kusumahadi Santosa Jaten, Karanganyar. The data is tested by multiple linear regression test, t-test, F-test and determination test.The result of the study are: 1) work discipline has a positively influences and significantly to the performance of the employees of PT. Kusumahadi Santosa Jaten, Karanganyar, 2) work environment has a negative and not significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kusumahadi Santosa Jaten, Karanganyar, 3) compensation not significantly influence the performance of the employees of PT. Kusumahadi Santosa Jaten, Karanganyar. 4) work discipline, work environment and compensation simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Kusumahadi Santosa Jaten, Karanganyar.
