  • This study aims to in order to understand the the influence of between: 1 ) leadership. 2 ) work discipline. 3 ) leadership and work discipline together on employee performance at of the Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Boyolali. The population of the research is all employees Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Boyolali totaling 116 employees. The sample 50% taken from in population to achieve 58 respondents sample. The samples taken in this research using one of nonprobability sampling the accidental sampling. Data taken with an instrument of the survey that has been tested validity and reliability. Data analysis use the model regression analysis linear multiple, t test, f test and the coefficients determination. The results of the analysis data : 1 leadership influential significantly of the performance of employees.2 ) discipline work influential significantly of the performance of employees.3 ) leadership and discipline work together influential significantly of the performance of employees Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Boyolali. Based on the coefficient determination, influence leadership and discipline work of the performance of employees is of 48,5 %. The higher the level of leadership and work discipline , it will increase the employee performance of the Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Boyolali.
