- The author aims to determine the effect of the internal control system, management support, and organizational culture on the performance of the accounting information system (SIA) at the Karanganyar Regional General Hospital (RSUD), either partially or simultaneously. The hypotheses in this study are: It is suspected that the internal control system, management support, and organizational culture affect the performance of the accounting information system (AIS) at the Karanganyar Regional General Hospital (RSUD) either partially or simultaneously. The data needed in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The sample in this study were 54 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that the internal control system, and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of the accounting information system (SIA) at the Karanganyar Regional General Hospital (RSUD) partially, and the internal control system, management support, and organizational culture have an effect. significantly to the performance of the accounting information system (SIA) at the Karanganyar Regional General Hospital (RSUD) both simultaneously.
