- The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of influence the work environment and employee development on the performance of employees at PT. Jasa Raharja Surakarta. The data used in this study is the primary data and secondary data. Data analysis methods used is descriptive quantitative by using multiple linear regression. The population in this study were a total 30 respondents for study the sample, with saturation sampling technique. Data on the process by using SPSS 17,0 version for windows. The results based on multiple linear regression analysis showed that the variables work environment and employee development in a positif and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Jasa Raharja Surakarta.
