  • Business competition in the fashion business is so tight and this is a problem for business people to be able to seize loyal market share by putting forward a fun relationship with consumers so that consumers can inform the existence of their products to colleagues or other relatives. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality, location, price and customer satisfaction with product purchasing decision. This research is a survey research on customer of Sragen Distro Planet. The population of this research is the customer of Sragen Distro Plan which is 374 people. Samples were 56 people with accidental sampling technique. Data source used primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression. The result of the research shows that product quality has significant effect on product repurchase decision at Planet Distro Sragen. Locations has a significant effect on repurchase decision at Sragen Distro Planet. Price has a significant effect on repurchase decision at Planet Distro Sragen. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repurcha decision at Planet Distro Sragen. Product quality, location, price and customer satisfaction has effect simultaniously on repurchase decision at Planet Distro Sragen. Product quality, location, price and customer satisfaction to product re-purchase decision at Sragen Sragen Planet is 61,1% while 38,9% is influenced by other variable outside research model.
