  • This study aims to analyze the effect of job training, compensation, and work discipline on the level of work productivity of quality control (QC) employees at PT.Sari Warna Asli Garment. Based on the results of this study can provide thoughts and considerations in determining work training policies, compensation, and work discipline so as to minimize the level of decline in employee productivity. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools with t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The population in this study was 10% of the employees of PT.Sari Warna Asli Garment with quality control (QC). The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. Based on the criteria outlined above, 30 respondents were obtained as a sample of 300 employees. Based on the results of the study note that work training does not significantly influence the level of employee productivity at PT. Sari Warna Asli Garment, so H1 is rejected. Compensation has a significant effect on the level of employee productivity at PT. Sari Warna Asli Garment, so H2 is accepted. Work Discipline does not have a significant effect on the level of employee productivity at PT. Sari Warna Asli Garment, so H3 is rejected.
