- This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Sumber Agung Success Mandiri. This research is included in the explanatory research (explanatory research). This research is included in the explanatory research. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, multiple linter regression and using the classic assumption test using the SPSS 23.0 program. Based on the results of the t test (partial), it shows that the leadership variable has a significant effect on employee performance, the motivation variable has no significant effect on employee performance and the work environment variable has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the F test (simultaneously shows that the variables of leadership, motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance.
