  • In this study, the authors aimed to analyze the influence of motivation, organizational culture, and compensation to employees performance in PT production spinning section. Sari First Color Textile Industry Boyolali either partially or simultaneously. The hypothesis in this study are: Suspected motivation, organizational culture, and the compensation effect on employee performance parts spinning production at PT. Sari First Color Textile Industry Boyolali either partially or simultaneously. Necessary data in this study are primary data obtained by questionnaire from a sample of 56 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this research is multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that the motivation, organizational culture, and the compensation effect on employee performance parts spinning production at PT. Sari First Color Textile Industry Boyolali either partially or simultaneously.
