- In this study the authorhas a goal to determine the effect of Compensation, Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia in Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously. The author will use the Hypothesis that Compensation, Motivation, and Work discipline might significantly influence the performance of employees at Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia in Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously. Data required in this research are primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 42 respondents and secondary data obtained from literature study. Data analysis techniques used in this study using multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The objective of data analysis in this study is to draw a conclusion partially that compensation, motivation and discipline of work have a positive and significant impact on employee performance atBadan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia in Karanganyar.
