- This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and compensation to work satisfaction employess Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Dan Pembiayaan Syariah BMT Muamalat Kabupaten Karanganyar. The data of this study were obtained from the questionnaires, literature study, related to the purpose of the study. The technique of analysis using counted 30 people. The results showed that the variabel of motivation and compensation have positif and significant effect on empolyce performance at Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Dan Pembiayaan Syariah BMT Muamalat Kabupaten Karanganyar.
